This is a little thank you purse for my niece....the paper is from some scraps I had....the yellow paper I wanted to be sparkly so I "painted" it with some yellow stickles. I made the tag with Stampin' up's tag punch set. I also yellow stickled the flower. I believe the green brads are from our local craft store, Michales. I used stampin' up's punch to make the scallops.
