Spring fling challenge

Wow I have spent most of the day in the craft room!! My husband is off playing golf so I get a crafty day! I Spent most of it making Mothers Day cards...I won't post those until next weekend :) I did take a bit of a break to make a quick & simple card for Paper Trey Inc's spring fling challenge. All the designers have a color challenge up & I chose to go with this one:
I just love the purple color....wish my card was a pretty as the photo! Well anyway this is my card:

Just a quick & easy one!! everything about this card uses Paper Trey products except the ribbon & that is from Michael's. Hope you are all having a fantastic weekend & finishing up those Mothers Day cards & projects!! That is exactly what I am going to do right now!!!! Thanks for the visit!!!

Quick, yes; simple, yes; easy, yes; gorgeous, YES - DEFINITELY!!! To me it exudes Nichole's own PTI style and we all know how fabulous that is!!! ;-)

Hi Gwenie!!! Oh, this is simply darling! I love the fresh, white base which makes your wonderful purple tulip stand out beautifully! That ppiercing around the card is marvelous, wow! I love it and the pic of those pretty fresh flowers is lovely inspiration for your card! TFS, I hope you're doing well and big hugs! xoxo

Green is my favorite color so love this ribbon and like the simplicity of the card but the paper piercing makes it like another layer.
