I made this Birthday Card for my fellow DT member Etha! I chose this stamp because as far as I know...(have not actually met her in person) She is the total nature loving person " Enjoying her little piece of heaven in the mountains of Colorado. The stamp is actually from an old SU set. Colored with prismacolor markers...still trying to figure those things out! I added a little stickles to the birds wings.
I am pretty sure these are like no birds she has ever seen before!!! LOL!!! Other stash I used: Brown ribbon from Michael's, Swiss dots cuttle bug folder, The new scallop punch from SU...just can not put that thing down ;) And all of the DP is actually from my ever growing scrap pile! ...good girl...***patting myself on the back*** Tee Hee Hee!! That is it for now!!! It's back to the old crafty table to see what else I can whip up!!! Thanks for the visit!!!

Very sweet; never saw that little birdie stamp before!
Your brown/blue color combo is always a hit & now you've totally made me want that scallop punch - uhhhhh, thanks, Gwen!!! LOL!!!
very pretty, everything goes good with chocolate brown. she will love it.
Thank you thank you :) I got it standing in my kitchen! sooooo pretty! Actually, them little birds look a lot like our western blue birds, they only look real blue when you see them flying. Sitting they have sort of orange bellies and the local ones might just have some glitter dust on them if they were close to my craft room LOL
It is such a wonderful card and so reminds me of Etha. She is a love.
I have that stamp set. Just never thought of using it like this! Great card and love the colors. Isn't that Cuttlebug just the greatest thing?!
Great card!
Very beautiful card. And awesome colouring job. I love my prismacolour markers, I have to say that they are my fav colouring tool.
I love the cuttlebug swiss dot folder used with the dotted background paper. Love that big thick ribbon tied next to the cute little birdie image too!
So soft and pretty. Lovin the colours and the dots! :o)
Just beautiful!
I love the colour combination.
Which punch did you use for the scallops?
