Taylored Expressions Sketch #88

Happy Sunday all! Time for this weeks sketch from Taylored expressions. Just a quick post today as I am going to need to go into the office for a few hours today & get caught up! I would rather go in today, then start the week behind tomorrow :)
I actually got the inspiration for my card from Taylor herself you can see her cute little card

This weeks fun sketch:

Here is my pretty little sparkling card:

I had a bunch of these glittered chipboard snow flakes left over from last year.....thought I would use one up as I just love them :) I used 2 different cuttlebug folders for texture, the bling is also something left over from last year. I punched the tiny snowflakes from white card stock & glittered them too & added pearls from the dollar bin at Michael's. The paper is from SU. I asked my friend if she thought it stupid to put roses on my snowflake....she said it's your card, you can do whatever you want! SO..I did!! ;) That's it for another TE sketch. Now to get around & visit all the other talented crafters who played along......to me it's like a blog hop without all the pressure! After all....that's why I like to do these challenges, You just never know who you will meet!!! :) Hi Terri!!!!

Thanks for stopping by today!!

Whoa -- sooooo pretty!!! Love how you used TWO emobossing folders for all that texture. Very CLEVER! I'm thinking roses in winter here -- most of us would take them any time we can get them. They're so beautiful and that sparkly snowflake really sets them off. I agree -- your card should be uniquely YOU and it's a fabulous take on the sketch!

Gorgeous card! Love all the sparkliness of it! Hoping we don't get any more of those white things until we can get the crop out. Only half done with the beans yet.
Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day.
Our ds and dil and grand daughters are coming home Nov. 17. Sounds like great weather there, can't wait to head back sometime this winter.
