Grandmother

I love old photographs, And I consider myself very lucky to have this picture of my grandmother as a teenager. I wanted to put the photo in a nontraditional frame and this is what I came up with...I have a lot of red in my house so that is why I chose red. Everything I used is from out local scrapbook store (The Scrapbook Barn) .
Hope all of you are enjoying a relaxing summer! I have been working many many hours but that is ok...it is too hot to do anything else anyway!
Thanks to all who are playing the blogg candy game! It is fun to see how you all like to use your holiday stamps! If you have not left a comment yet for your chance to win some blogg candy then please go to the previous post for a chance to win!!
Thanks for visiting!!

Oh my, Gwen, that is such a treasure & your grandmother is beautiful!!! The framing you've done is beyond beautiful too; it makes me think of beautiful wallpaper from years gone by -- perfect for the photo & I LOVE the red; just an absolutely perfect creation!!!
