It's different...

This is not one of my most favorite cards I have done...My friend Marge encouraged me to post any way. The original idea came again from a sketch from http://mypaperworld.blogspot.com/ again looks easy enough...but not sure if it is o.k. because of the corners.

The butterfly came from the stamp set "time well sent" from Stampin' up. The thank you...not sure?? Anyway. I used some new glitters & glue pen that I picked up at out local craft show this past weekend. Glittered the brads to match. for punches I used the Marve Gigga for the scallop oval & Stampin' ups corner punch.

I do have some other things to post but SOME people can not promise to stay away from my blgg for the next couple of days.....so will have to wait until Saturday for that one...Ha Ha Ha Ileane!!!

Now I am off to the FBR open golf tournament with my DH.

Hope you all have a fabulous day...will be back later today to check out all your stuff!!

As always...thank you for stopping by!!!
~Gwen~

P.S. It is going to be in the 60's today woot woot!!

Okay, Gwen, I have to agree it's not my favorite card you've ever made either, but I think it's good to go ahead and post even our least favs. They say, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and since there's so many of us in this great big world, someone somewhere will hopefully be inspired even by what we might consider not-so-great creations.
The glitter is gorgeous; a girl can never have too much glitter!!! I'm anxious to see these new glitters and glue pen!

Have a good day, hope the weather stays nice for you.

Looking at your other cards I can see it's not your 'usual style' but agree with Marge, and I love that butterfly and the glitter.

by the way, I've tagged you, please see my blog for details :)

I love the glitter on it. I'm glad you've posted something that you don't think works, I was brave enough to the other day, and got loads of positive feedback. Marge is right, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Have a nice day....thinking of you in the warmth, it's cold here in the UK.
